Multiple Work Screens –
You will be impressed!
Just like
your browsers tabbed interface, our Work Screen now allows users to
instantly swap Work Screens to work on multiple invoices at the
same time.

Recall a Finalized
Invoice:
Need to modify an invoice that was finalized? Now you can....

Email
Validation:
When entering a customer’s email address you can now
validate the address to ensure its authenticity. This new service is now included in our
users monthly support service plan.
Repair facilities without a support agreement are limited to thirty uses
of this new service.

From the Service History (SH) you can now email the invoice to the
customer.

Log:
When a WIP is created, we now log when it is created, loaded,
modified, placed back into WIP, finalized or even cleared.

Plate Match Using CarFax QuickVIN Integration
Enter a plate number and
the system will return the VIN, Make, Model & Year
Gone are the days
of keying in a long vehicle identification number.

straight forward wizard.
