New & Exciting features.

Custom Google Search. This is a tailored search experience, built using Google's core search technology. This custom search is specifically designed to reflect sites that are directly related to the automotive repair industry.

We embedded a search bar onto the bottom of the Work Screen, as seen above, and from the main menu.

Build your own, very personalized Google Search? AutoShop Controller allows this via its customizing section.

Animated, Character based, Video Help Files. Throughout the application there are multiple blue question marks . Simply click to obtain more information on the feature in question.

Service Due Reminders All versions of AutoShop Controller, since the inception of the product twenty plus years ago, allowed the user to track your customers next oil change, inspection, tune-up and general service.

We have greatly enhanced this to include three additional user definable services. Maybe next tire rotation works for your shop or winterization reminders, etc. The flexibility you asked for has been delivered.

Service Due Reporting We have enhanced the service due report to reflect the customers complete address, all contact information (including email) and services that are due. You will truly appreciate this revised report.

Spell Checker It’s here…no more embarrassing situations because your staff can’t spell rotation, alternator, generator, etc.

AutoShop Controller will check your spelling when entering in your services and parts. Plus
will also check it on all F10 entries within the Work Screen.

Two methods: As seen above you can simply click "Spell Check" or press the OK/Save
button on the bottom and the system will automatically perform the check.

Inserting of a Service. You are now able to insert a job code inbetween two services on the Work Screen. Simply by highlighting the line and right clicking your mouse.

Capitalization Previously all names, address, vehicles, work orders would appear in full capitals. We have changed the format to a professional model of:

John Doe instead of JOHN DOE
100 Lakewood Drive instead of 100 LAKEWOOD DRIVE

Enhanced Customer/Vehicle Lookup
From our revised customer lookup, you can now click the vehicle on the bottom of the lookup to quickly load this customer.

WorldPac, speedDIAL, Integration
Integrated online ordering is here with WorldPac’s speedDIAL. This interface will allow you to place an item from WorldPac’s speedDIAL (SD) software directly onto your AutoShop Controller (ASC) work screen. Thus allowing you to efficently and correctly price, order, track and invoice your parts. You will always know the order status of your parts.

Strong Credit Card Security
New credit card security regulations have been set by the credit card processing industry. If you store your customer’s credit card numbers within AutoShop Controller you will be bound by the following mandatory regulations:
-------------- User must maintain a complex password.
-------------- User must change his/her password every ninety days
-------------- Access to full credit card numbers is restricted.

Major Data Entry Screen Revisions We have greatly enhanced all the data entry screens of parts, services, vendors and employee screens.

New/Revised Sales Reports Greatly Enhanced Sales Graphs – By Unit and now by Revenue, drill down on each line.

Parts Screen
A “Purchase History” tab has been added to the part listing screen. Not only see sales history, now see purchase details all from the same listing box.

Faster Parts and Customer lookup

Users of the AutoShop Controller Lite Version will now automatically receive the accounts receivable module as part of this Version 11 upgrade.

Improved Inventory Management

AutoShop Controller news that is relevant to our user base is streamed directly to your desktop.

Online Update:
The system will prompt you to perform a free online update if your system becomes more
than thirty days out of date.

Example: The AutoShop Controller development team routinely releases general maintenance updates that are free to our user base. If your system is more than thirty days out of date you will be prompted to install a free upgrade.

Receiving Reports:
We have enhanced the reporting when inventory is received. The cost and new cost along with the percent difference is clearly displayed on the report. Maintain your margins.

Cosmetics
Many screens throughout the application have been redesigned to reflect a cleaner, fresher look.

Edit End of Day
We have enhanced this aspect of the system which allows you to adjust your sales. In case of accounting mistakes.

Close Out
We have enhanced the flow of the close out procedure. Simpler, less keystrokes and just
cleaner.

Committed (Work-in-Progress)
We have enhanced the inventory details page so the user can view who has items in Work-in-Progress. Previous versions displayed how many items were in WIP, not the details.
